Experience
- Full time professor of music at Vancouver Island University.
- Taught courses in performance, theory, musicianship, history, computers, recording, business, and conducting.
- Prior to full-time work at VIU I was a faculty member in violin performance at the Nanaimo Conservatory of Music.
- Core member of the Vancouver Island Symphony; an auditioned position I have held since 1994.
Lessons
I offer personalized guidance and tailored instruction in music. My areas of expertise include: violin performance, music theory and composition, production (recording & mixing), notation software (Sibelius, Dorico), and score preparation.
Consulting
